 The mixer/mixing machine/mixing equipment barrel of the machine moves in multi-direction. For the materials, there is no centrifugal function, without the specific gravity segregation and the layer division. For each of build-up phenomenon, there is the remarkable weight rate. The mixing rate is up to 99.9%. The machine is the desired product in various mixers at present.
    The barrel material charge rate is big. Maximum rate can be up to 90%(the common mixer has only 40% charge rate). It is high in efficiency and short in the mixing time.

 EYHTwoDimensional Mixer/Mixing machine/Mixing equipment mainly consists of three big parts, namely, rotating cylinder, swinging rack and frame. The rotating cylinder lies on the swinging rack, supported by four whets and its axial fixation is done by two stop wheels. Two of four wheels are driven by rotating power system to make the cylinder rotate. The swinging rack is driven by a set of crankshaft swinging bar which is mounted on the frame and the swinging rack is supported on the frame.

 CH type mixer/mixing machine/mixing equipment is wide used for mixing powder or wet raw materials and can make the main and auxiliary raw materials with different proportion uniform. The places where the raw materials contact are made from stainless steel. The gap between blades is small and there is no dead corner in mixing. At the ends of stirring shaft, there are seal devices. Principle:

Through the vacuum conveyor for the machine, send the powder or grain state materials into the double-taper container, or send the materials into the container manually. As the container rotates continuously, the materials moves complexly in the container so as to get the uniform mixing.

 Adapt hydraulic control, it is safe and reliable;
It can be matched with fluid-bed hopper closed, so the seal operation can be realized;
Use the standards of GMP to design and manufacture the machine.

 The air stream containing dust passes through low box form air inlet. Parts of it deposit. When light particle dust is floated, it is retarded in the bag. The purified air penetrates the filtrating bag and passes into the up box through Venturi tube and exhausts from outlet.
The accumulated powder dust on the outer wall of filtering bag is increased continuously. If the resistance reaches the limit range(in generally, it should be 80~120mmH2O), it is necessary to clean the accumulated powder dust. The clean method is as follows: controller touches off each control valve in order. It makes the compressed air inside the tand sprays out through nozzles(the 1st wind ,). Using Venturitube, several times of air around it(the 2ndwind )enters into the bag and makes the filtering bag expand rapidly at momentary and accompany and with the counter action of air stream. This makes the dust drop gate and discharge outside the machine.
