      It is an injection molding machine with two injection units, equipped with a rotary platen and a two colour mold specially designed for the production of product composed of two resins, product is completed in one single cycle, e.g. two colour tooth brush, ball pen soft clip, push button and tool handles.
      BT-MI injection machine is upgraded form BT standard injection molding machine, with an additional injection unit, the side injection unit is located at a 90° angle connecting to the main machine. Taking BT150-022MI as illustration, Dia.40 and Dia.25 screws are installed on the master and side injection units respectively, mold thickness is increased form 500mm to 550mm.
