Consequently, the materials experience the process of relaxing-shearing-relaxing circulation, that contributes to the best dispersion mixing and avoid the overheat of compounds. Meantime, the fight sections divide the flow with numerous times to get very good distributive mixing.
Modular design of screw elements and barrels could be convenient to adapt many different purposes. Even shorter L/D with 4 flights will greatly increase the mixing strength and also the pumping capacity.
